I'm in a disperate search of an iptv in italy. I find only prices as 10-12€ a month and it's a bit high for using them 1-2 days a week. On aliexpress i found service for 30€ a year, but i don't know if i can trust them. What do you sudgest to me?

Your better off buying a 2 day pass every 2 days you need it. You get what you pay for in iptv to be honest.
Put a normal antenna on the roof, its cheaper... IPTV is 24h service, not 2 days a week, so do you watch it 2h per month or 20h a day makes no difference. There are 90 euro annual IPTV for Italy, proper local service. AliExpress is for buying fake chinese stuff, not IPTV.
