I tried several resellers of some IPTV services but I just can't seem to find one with a better frame rate. While watching sports, it's killing the fun when a ball becomes a white stripe due to a low frame rate.

Anyone out there who offers Dutch TV which is actually OK to watch? I understand it's quiet a niche market but am hoping you are out there somewhere...
