See my comment here. for what I'm assuming is the "new fab". They treat VPN's similar to FAB as well.
With that said, steadfast/helix ex-fab customers seem to like and they have a good selection of catch up. If it's EPL you want during those times they have been having issues so have a back up or head over to /r/soccerstreams .
I'm sure if you browse around you'll say plenty of providers and some resellers with no doubtably reach out to you.
