Where has all VOD gone

Was a Fab customer for the longest time. Been ping ponging between services since they called it a day. Seems like every service I try the VOD is either non-existent or doesn't work. Is it just a councilor us something going on?

Steadfast hosting - was great for a week, now no Vod. Also website has vanished?

Helix - fine but again no VOD

Kodi solutions - identical to steadfast channel wise but again no Vod.

Can anyone recommend a service with a decent working Vod section, a good choice of 24/7 channels and just regular uk/usa channels and sport?

Feel like a broken record, but in being told RAD IPTV is identical to FAB channel list and VOD if you want to check that out.
