The only i know is STV Hosting but they have UK/USA only and yes Sports aswell. i Think its around $30-40 for a Lifetime account with 3-5 Connections with no IP Lock.
You have to find them through there Facebook Group thou.
You are welcome to PM me and i can set you up with 5 connections or more without any IP locks with HD sports, entertainment, etc. Servers are in Europe but they use a CDN to make sure most popular places around the world have the lowest ping time possible.
