I paid for a 3 month subscription sept 10th...for the last 3 weeks when I log in it has listed my expiration date as Oct.9th. I've sent emails and opened a case weeks ago but and now I can't log in and it says account has expired. On my account page it lists my active and fully paid 3 month subscription starting sept. 10th. All emails to epicstream have been ignored and my case remains open with no responses. Has anyone had any luck recently contacting epicstream?
