Just curious if customers of TNT resellers are allowed in the TNT Discord. It would be nice to be able to have the benefits of a direct TNT customer such as getting service updates, being able to report downed channels, etc. I have a few other services and I’m in their Discord rooms and it’s so much more convenient than firing off tickets that may or may not be answered in a timely manner (looking at you, Helix).
I had TNT then switched to a reseller.
I had to get the TNT team to release my MAC and at that point they deleted my discord access. I suspect I could have continued with discord if I hadn't alerted them to my change.
Pretty sure you don't get access to discord through my reseller.
