I'm looking for a service with British and US channels, with all of the sports channels, preferbly 50 fps, which can be 720 dpi. VOD and EPG are not important to me. I do need a provider which allows VPN use as my ISP throttles my connection. I need to able to pay by Paypal. Thank you.
