It definitely does or I would be on here searching for another. I can handle some buffering, but when it gets to the point of searching for another it’s a problem. Their upgrade has been nothing but a disaster for me. I wish I didn’t have to change but it’s not me it’s them.

Epicstreams doesn't buffer a lot. After they did their upgrade it has been flawless except couple days ago when the Datacenter was affected. Vader, epicstreams and beast had same issues as well.

If you can't run high bitrate providers go with something like ok2, ok3 or ipguys.

I would also not use Kodi for IPTV. IPTV is simple, keep it simple with apps like Perfect Player .
