What are these 3pm kick offs everyone is advertising?

And does anyone offer a service without all the sports? I mean if I just want entertainment, cartoons, and news, is that available? I'm beginning to think all these resellers are getting shut down because of all the sports they're rebroadcasting. Also who watches sports at 30 fps, it's so uncomfortable, it just seems like some should be sports and require VPN, and some just have packages for everything else without all the sports.

Premier League games that start at 3pm on Saturday and are not covered by UK TV because of the local law. Also, who watches anything other than live sports on TV as everything else can be easily found on demand for free? :)

3 pm Kick off is European football league, They have their matches at the same time. Most services include some sports with their service. I don't know the Idea behind having them all together but my guess is to be more like Cable.
