Your best bet is to try and get trials for different services or Grab a couple of the $5 subs out there and figure out which one's you like. As far as 1080p goes most IPTV services out there are going to be 1080p 30fps (US) or 25fps (UK) and pretty much suck for sports or anything fast moving, look for the 720p streams at 60 actually 59.9fps (US) 50fps (UK) they provide a lot smoother picture and clarity. Don't go all in for one sub it is always better to have a few options as inevitably some channels will go down and it always pays to have a back up.
