I highly recommend Jarvis. Great channel selection, epg is mostly spot on, almost zero buffering, better than average vod selection, great customer service at an outstanding price. I will definitely be using Jarvis for my IPTV needs for the foreseeable future.

Also, they have a branded version of IPTV Smarters for their app and, according to the owner, he uses a different video player than the default one which is likely the reason for the stability of channels. I have to say it's very smooth and I am consistently impressed with the performance.
