Unless your server is still unknown and not on the "list" youre best options are either get your own VPN or sub to a server with built in VPN.
Any recommendations for subs with a Built in vpn?
The biggest 5 (6?) ISPs are required by a court order to block access to an ever-growing list of Servers/URLs at times when live football is being played.
VPNs are the easiest and most effective way of getting round the block.
Some IPTV providers have their own methods to avoid being blocked, but it's generally a game of cat-and-mouse with the ISPs
