Looking for service/sub that has ottawa channels (english/french) with catchup

Can anyone recommend a service that includes ottawa channels (english/french) along with catchup? Most of the subs I see mentioned only include Montreal or Toronto CBCs and CTVs... Thanks

I have service with 7 days catchup but no idea of Ottawa channels if u like to check I can arrange trial for u
