I just received an update that service has been restored partially, You can change Portal URL as below in your device and update Firmware to latest version (If you are using Mag device). They are still working on fixing VOD or Videoclub so only Live channels will work at this time.

No further updates from Express, different server is being shared, no VOD, no EPG and no reseller panel access...which is creating frustration....been using Express since November 2016, never had such a downtime.

i think that when things like this happen the reseller's should be the 1st to know what is going on and the admin panel should be very important when coming back online as they buy in bulk.
