IPTV Recomendation

Looking for an IPTV recommendation. Main criteria:

  1. Of course stable / minimum buffering + not too expensive
  2. Includes all sports UK + India + USA and Indian entertainment channels
  3. I should be able to watch either on my android phone or android box or on my laptop via any web browser. Of course one at a time only. Not looking for service which ties you down to one device.
  4. Currently using SportsDonkey which does all apart from Indian entertainment channels.
