Unfortunately, no. I am in the same boat as you after Express and unable to find something to fill the void. I loved the way their Indian channel were all HD on the top and grouped together by genre. TVZon and Jio do come close but still keep you high and dry when compared to Express. Eagle was good too but not close. I hate to break it to you but Express WAS one of its kind.
Try - EagleTV - they are similar to Express and better maintenance
