You need to be more specific. Which countries, channels? Services usually focus on few countries depending on their customer base.
The best providers have gone underground.
Gears tv has catch up on almost all channels but picture quality sucks. Rewind and helix have a lot too
UK tv with good sport. Ie doesn't buffer and good uk catch up
Someone mentioned a couple of days ago that Beast IPTV are trying to get to a 7-day catchup for US Channels. Once that happens, I’ll probably switch to them.
Two of the best even went through Reddit and deleted all their post. I know 1 said they capped the subs at 10k and will only add through referral on Telegram app. The other is doing something similar.
