This update version you're writing is bullshit, they've been raided nothing else.
hard to beleive a software update to a new platform would keep them down for so long... it would have been tested, and there likely would be a roll back plan if something went wrong. its very troubling, as a LOT of IPTV relies on their software
So XTC owners arrested, pretty much accepted. What is plan B? Is it an XTC plan B or do the providers have some other panel in mind? Remember, the servers may well still work so channels still up, it's the management panel that has been affected.
Raided and apparently they have all the subscribers info which can now risk a fine or jail time from what I got from the press conference

Bit concerned about EternalTV today, cancelled some repeat payments and part of there site to access client area is "Down for maintenance", seen that message before when ACETV was winding up. Hopefully, it is just maintenance. Seems a bit weird straight after the XC raid.
