Most of you have probably seen the news today containing information that our main panel supplier has been seized and this has affected over 50 million customers world-wide. Whilst this information is true, please understand that we have taken the necessary steps to secure your information including email addresses and passwords which were stored on our panel supplied by Xtream Codes.

We are working on dispatching all backup information to a new panel with an entirely different panel, that said, it is a manual procedure which will see us migrate over 189,000 customers one by one. We will also update our apps to work with the new system and update you at that time via email to advise you when the update is available.

We are working on a solution with great speed, please bear with us. We are working 24/7 on this and know that your security and privacy is our main priority.

In line with this, our ticketing and live chat opening times may be disrupted during the next few days as it requires all of our staff to come onboard with the input of this new data.
