Can confirm, it's gone dark for all EPL today.
As a Helix user, it’d appear fuckall works. Trial was great, paid nothing works.
The service can gone to shit the last few days. Consistently freezing and now they take sports channels down. Will. Be looking for another provider.
You guys need to chill!! Everyone's service is bad right now, don't jump to conclusions before it all gets sorted out geez.... In the mean time go to the redditbay and look for am account to hold you off.
This is exactly what happened with Ace IPTV, started with Premier League blackout, carried on taking money for a couple of months and then shut up shop leaving everyone out of pocket.
Stay well clear of these now is my advice as the end will be soon
I don't think they are responding to support tickets either. Usually they are right on it, answering within minutes.. not tonight tho.. No sports channels working in fact 85% of all channels not working.. Shame if this is the end. :(
a sign of things to come i'm afraid' they a stuggling to get panels to work but never they way they had been' on telegram and discord i can see the Admin guys starting to wear thin with the barage of questions day in day out night after night, i cant see it last somthin has to give?
Is there any update on this? Debating Helix but mainly for EPL so want to be sure before committing? Thanks
No reason to get worried and jump ship. This is one of the most, if not the most, consistent provider network there is. As you have all seen over the last two weeks they have been light years ahead of everyone else... Channels were taken down because EPL blocked a server. Without the protection that XC provided before, it was safer to remove those channels and protect the network than to risk having more servers blocked... They are working very hard to get those channels up on another server as soon as possible and return those channels safely back to you.
For those saying 85% off channels are down... Go to the ALL section and use the search function. There are multiple sources for most channels. And if one is down in one section it is most likely available somewhere else.
Until someone else develops another software similar to XC or finds a solution that every provider can use all services are going to have issues. No one is immune. If the company you are with is giving updates and letting you no what's going on, regardless of which provider it is, then there is no reason to leave them. And if they are updating you on what's going on but not responding to each message it's probably because they are busy working on their network and can't give you anymore information than they have already given. You just have to let them do their job.
