Anyone else with this “backup” server also not able to get on it? Asked the guy who sold it to me (Jakkel on discord, u/okmr360 on reddit) about it, he just started to be a d*ck when I told told him i paid a year for it. ( I know bad move on my part paying a year for a service) Also booted me from his chat room😂🤣. Guess he knew I’m right and couldn’t handle it anymore.

I'm also with Jackal and my sub is with clickmehostme and yes it it is still down and yes it is not ideal and yes I have had a chat with Jackal about it. But to be fair to Jackal he can't help the issues that are going on at the moment and I do believe he is a straight kinda guy and is doing as much as he can within his powers to sort us punters out. I understand he is offering folk alternative services and that is at a loss to him, so you cannot question the mans integrity.
In fact, the more I have seen how keen he is to keep all his members satisfied and as best updated as is possible I have come to the conclusion that he is actually a reseller who is worth sticking with.
I am sure if you just hang fire you will be rewarded.
Oh please. Just read the update/announcements! Also understand what you're buying. I bought Vue and Gravity for like $50 each/yr with 2c and 4c. Where the hell else you going to get that? Jakkal can only give updates based what he receives from the provider.

Hi to all of you. I was a reseller for almost 2 years. I knew the potential pitfalls from the outset. I was buying my credit bundles in £200 bundles. I knew if I bought more i could get more credit per £ but i was always wary of having too many credits in the bank if it went tits up. But 10 hrs before the take down i paid £350 for credits. All had been going well, service was reliable and was getting plenty of new enquiries from friends/family of clients wanting on also. Long story short my providers disappeared, no longer replying to my contacts. Last message was too dangerous to start up again. So I'm £350 lighter, clients understandably getting frustrated that they aren't getting a service anymore. Looking to get back on track again soon. Have a max of 150/200 clients to move. So Im not in it to make big dough. Just a little extra beer money. Anyone recommend a good provider to resell on Thanks
