Since you dont seem to have many replies, I'll try to help out.. What do you mean nothing works? Make sure you are typing any usernames and passwords they gave you case sensitive. Or are you logged in and facing downed channels?
Not heard of them but sometimes they need to either reboot server or fix something, so wait a bit and see. Did you get invite to their support page? Sometimes they put info there
